Basic Tune-Up includes:

Secures brake and shift levers and lubricates pivots. Includes cable and bearing adjustments, but not replacement. Adjusts hub, headset, and bottom bracket bearings. Minor wheel truing (on the bike to provide brake pad clearance. Lubricates chain. Lubricates derailleur pivots and pulleys. Sets derailleur limits. Wipes down the frame.   Not as complete as level 1, as this tune-up is intended for basic maintenance.

Drive Train Tune-Up includes:

Remove and clean chainrings, both derailleurs, freewheel, and chain; remove, trim, and lube cables; lube, secure, and adjust shift levers; lube and adjust derailleurs. No additional service charges are required for the installation of new cables, chainrings, freewheel, chain, or derailleurs.

Level 1 Tune-Up on bikes with derailleurs:

Adjust both hubs; adjust headset; adjust bottom bracket; adjust pedals (if serviceable); Secure and lube both brake levers; remove, trim, and lube brake cables; secure calipers; adjust caliper pivots; adjust brake pads; adjust loose hubs; true wheels laterally as necessary to allow brake adjustment; clean rims; set pad clearance; center brake pads; remove, trim and lube derailleur cables; lube, secure and adjust shift levers; lube and adjust derailleurs; secure handlebars, stem, seat post, seat, crankarms, chainrings, pedals, accessories; clean frame. No additional service charges are required for installation of new brake and derailleur cables, brake pads, brake calipers, or derailleurs. NOTE: Includes disc brake pad replacement and caliper alignment but does not include other disc brake services.

Level 1 Tune-Up Upgrade Option 2 (MP3.1 plus full drive train cleaning):

Same as MP3.1, plus full drive train cleaning (rear cogs, chainrings, chain, front derailleur cage, entire rear derailleur [including full disassembly])

Level 1 Overhaul on derailleur bikes includes:

O'haul both hubs; O'haul headset; O'haul bottom bracket; adjust pedals (if serviceable); secure and lube both brake levers; remove and clean calipers; remove, trim, and lube brake cables; secure calipers; adjust caliper pivots; adjust brake pads; clean rims; set pad clearance; center calipers ; remove, trim and lube derailleur cables; lube, secure and adjust shift levers; remove, disassemble, clean, lube and adjust derailleurs; remove and clean chainrings, chain, and freewheel; clean frame, rims, and spokes; secure handlebars, stem, seat post, seat, crankarms, chainrings, pedals, accessories; correct lateral, radial. centering, and tensioning errors in both wheels; clean frame. No additional service charges are required for installation of new brake and derailleur cables, brake pads, brake calipers, derailleurs, chainrings, chain, or freewheel. NOTE: Includes all disc-brake services except caliper/master cylinder o'haul and bleeding!

Level 2 Overhaul on derailleur bikes includes:

O'haul both hubs; O'haul headset; O'haul bottom bracket; O'haul pedals; remove, disassemble, clean, and lube brake calipers; remove, trim, and lube brake cables; position, lube, and secure brake levers; remove, trim and lube derailleur cables; lube, secure and adjust shift levers; remove, disassemble, clean, lube and adjust derailleurs; remove and clean crankarms, chainrings, chain, and freewheel; align, clean, and polish frame and fork; clean rims and spokes; secure handlebars, stem, seat post, seat, crankarms, chainrings, pedals, accessories; correct lateral, radial, centering, tension average and tension balance errors in both wheels. No additional service charges are required for installation of new brake and derailleur cables, brake pads, brake calipers, derailleurs, chainrings, chain, or freewheel. NOTE: Includes all all disc-brake services except caliper/master-cylinder overhaul!
