Ideal for casual or fitness riders looking for more clipless pedal confidence, these will allow you to clip out either on the outside or inside of the pedal. Lifting and twisting your heel can also release the pedal. Not recommended for performance off road and pavement riding, choose the SM-SH51 cleat instead.

Cycling stance width is usually determined by your bicycle wheel width, crank width, and/or pedal spindle length (most pedals have the same width). FORM Universal 3-hole Cleat Wedges angle the rider’s shoe/foot by means of changing the angle between the cleat and the shoe. They are also used to indirectly alter knee angle to reduce lateral or medial knee pain associated with non-vertical leg tracking. Cleat Wedges are best fitted during a bike fit session. However, they can also be fitted judiciously by riders themselves providing the exercise is done in a controlled manner, or for those who have had a bike fit and know the desired configuration.
