Filante SLR is an extremely lightweight aerodynamic bicycle with a significantly improved stiffness-to-weight ratio. We used the same materials and technology as in the construction of the Wilier 0 SLR. Filante SLR was designed to maximize aerodynamic performance in real environmental conditions. The assembled bike with top-of-the-range specifications weighs 6.8 kg. The Filante monocoque handlebar is made of the same carbon we use for the Wilier 0 SLR. Thanks to the different types of carbon we used in combination with the Liquid-Crystal Polymer, the unique fiber positioning, and the construction technology, we have reached an absolute level of lightness and stiffness. The new integrated carbon monocoque Filante Bar handlebar houses the brake and derailleur cables, directing them toward the inside of the frame. Its design is very simple, with sinuous and rounded lines for maximum grip ergonomics.

WILIER 0 SL, TAKE IT TO THE TOP Can the same performance of the bicycle that won the 2020 Tour of Lombardy be condensed in a competitively priced ride? It is in the Wilier 0 SL, the bike that adopts most of the characteristics of the bicycles used by Astana Premier Tech members Jakob Fuglsang, Alexey Lutsenko and Aleksandr Vlasov. It guarantees the lightest weight, greatest steering precision and cleanest lines with fully frame-integrated cables so that every outing becomes your greatest.

Wilier 0 SL takes advantage of the SLR version. The design is identical to the Wilier 0 SLR but with its own graphics. Moreover, Wilier 0 SL copies the steering qualities (and therefore geometries) of the SLR version. All cables (electronic and mechanical) run inside the frame. With the Stemma SL stem, the bike can be assembled or maintained without having to remove the handlebar. Wilier 0 SL comes with a type of carbon monocoque seatpost specially designed for this bike. Its slender shape resembles the truncated dovetail profiles of our aerodynamic Filante SLR model. It's available in two geometries, one with a 0 mm setback and the other with a 15 mm setback, both of which are compatible with the Ritchey 1-Bolt seatpost clamp. The seatpost is attached to the frame with an expander positioned inside the horizontal tube for ultimate aesthetics and aerodynamics.

Although weight was not an issue in the e-bike world until a short time ago, lightness has become a value determining product quality, performance and usability. With Cento10 Hybrid, we have decreased the frame’s weight by 7 %*.Integration, with the integrated monocoque handlebar Alabarda and a lightweight frame that weigh in at just 10,5 kg in the top configuration. With user, route and use being equal, we can save 4,5 % of the battery charge. This major saving further expands the horizons of Cento10 Hybrid riders. * compared with a Cento1 Hybrid. In common with Wilier's other road-racing bikes, all of the Cento10 Hybrid’s cables are integrated inside the frame. We chose this solution not only for its sleeker looks, but also to improve performance. In addition to hiding the cables inside the Alabarda handlebar and the frame, we also improved aerodynamics thanks to the tubes we used on the Cento10 Hybrid. Smaller volumes, smaller surface area exposed to the air and truncated tail profiles improve aerodynamics by 8 %, with respect to the Cento1 Hybrid. The Cento10 Hybrid’s on-board intelligence allows riders to determine and overcome their limits, as it assists the cyclist at just the right time. There are several options for using and managing the system. The simplest is using only the iWoc controller which turns the system on and off, and allows the rider to select the desired assistance level simply by pressing the backlit button. Riders wanting a higher level of interaction with the system can download the EBIKEMOTION app from AppStore or PlayStore to discover the heart of the control system. Version X35+ of the Ebikemotion system uses the ANT+ communication protocol, so it can communicate with the most popular Garmin and Polar devices.

INSTANT CENTER With the 3VO system's unique virtual pivot characteristics, we're able to combine the efficiency of a hardtail with the proper support of precisely-controlled active suspension. AXLE PATH A rear wheel that stays planted while charging through rough terrain is crucial to providing an intimate connection with the trail. 3VO's initial rearward axle path allows the bike to be supple on small bumps and square edge hits while its tightly tuned relationship with the system's leverage ratio keeps the suspension highly reactive even while pedaling. 3. The Remote 130 has been spotted ripping through the forests from North Vancouver, down to Bellingham, across deserts, and all over the world. A little bit Process 134, a little bit Remote 160, it strikes a perfect harmony between an all-mountain trail bike and fully capable pedal-assist electric mountain bike. A sturdy aluminum frame holds a Shimano motor and battery. Supple suspension keeps the big hits feeling supported and the rough stuff feeling smooth. 29" wheels are wrapped in ultra-sticky rubber, ensuring excellent traction. Whether cramming in an after-work ride, or out for a multi-hour excursion, the Remote 130 is as versatile as the bikes that inspired it. KONA 6061 ALUMINUM Kona 7005 and 6061 Aluminum alloys are used extensively throughout our fleet of mountain and asphalt bicycles. A tough, durable, light alloy, both Kona 7005 and 6061 deliver fantastic, reliable performance that lasts for thousands of rides. Much of our 7005/6061 tubing is butted and/or formed, meaning the tubing's wall thickness can be increased or decreased, as well as shaped, so we can fine-tune a particular frame's strength and ride characteristics depending on its intended application. INTERNAL HEADSET Bearing cups are actually pressed into the frame and are easily removable. An internal headset also reduces stack height, so the height of the stem and bars are more adjustable, giving the rider the best fit possible. TAPERED HEAD TUBE More girth at the bottom of the head tube better distributes shock force, prolonging the bearing life of the headset itself and eliminating brake shudder, while providing confident steering performance. The inherent strength of its triangular design also means a stronger steering position and improved balance, giving the rider more control in rough terrain. A zero-stack, tapered head tube also puts strength where the load is going—into the lower headset cup—maximizing bearing durability where it's needed. TUBELESS COMPATIBLE RIMS Tubeless rims allow for tires with more puncture resistance; the ability to run lower tire pressure, which provides better tire grip on the trail; lower rolling resistance; and weight savings over traditional tube and tire systems. 12x148mm AXLE 12x142mm, 12x148 and 12x157 rear axle standards provide two major advantages to the Kona rider: the 12mm diameter of the rear axle provides the rear hub and frame with a stiff interface, while the 142/148/157mm outer diameter of the hub allows the wheel to be quickly and properly positioned in the frame before the rear axle is inserted. BEAMER INDEPENDENT SUSPENSION Built to be off-the-top progressive, Beamer Independent Suspension helps the bike to stay higher in the travel and recover from hits more quickly. The Operators are instilled with what our product managers like to call "pure shock movement," whereby the shock is protected from side load.
