ETA March 2024. Reserve yours now! VERSATILITY Renegade enables you to be a commuter in the morning, leader of the after-work group ride and take off for a 300-mile bikepacking expedition over the weekend. All with a single bicycle. With over 20 fork and frame mounts you can now choose to mount fenders, rear carrier, low-rider front carrier (or two cages for water bottles/storage) and three front triangle water bottles. Add clearance for 700 x 50mm and 650 x 2.00"* on our steel and aluminum models, and it's clear the Renegade series is equipped to accommodate any adventure. ADVENTURE FRAME DESIGN Starting with a wide and consistent stack and reach range, we set out to design a frame that could handle on or off road conditions while maintaining a comfortable and consistent ride. As you start to review the geo chart you will notice we have 3 different fork offsets, BB drops and rear center measurements depending on frame size. This is unique. We set out to ensure every Renegade rider will experience the ultimate in adventure bike performance regardless of their frame size. Most of our competitors simply design one fork and strap it to every frame size. While this may work just fine for a bicycle that's designed to be ridden with a single tire size (think a road racing bike), it significantly impacts the handling and ride quality of an adventure bike when swapping out your 28's for 32s, 40s or even 47mm tires. Add size specific tubing, where we vary the diameter of the frame tubing depending on frame size and 2 different sized rear triangles and you have what we feel is the perfect adventure geometry for all sized riders and the best riding adventure bike period. If the Undertaker rode a mountain bike, he'd undoubtedly ride the Process X CR DL. Aimed at nothing but ripping riders on the most technical of terrain, the Process X DL is a monster on the trails. A full carbon frame features high-end components that leave nothing to be desired. 170mm of plush travel ensures that even the biggest hits are well tamed. Clean lines, fewer cables, and more badass than ever before, the Process X CR DL is as stealthy as it is aggressive. Wheel size: - Size Small: 29-inch (front) / 27.5-inch (rear) - Sizes Medium – X-Large: 29-inch KONA CARBON Designed to be lightweight and built to demanding standards. Carbon fiber has long been praised for its weight and strength, but rather than chase grams, we place our efforts on the performance that is possible when the right high-modulus fibers are in the right places. Our designers work very closely with our manufacturer to ensure there is no compromise to the desired ride characteristics, durability and – finally – weight stipulations that we expect from our bikes. INTERNAL HEADSET Bearing cups are actually pressed into the frame and are easily removable. An internal headset also reduces stack height, so the height of the stem and bars are more adjustable, giving the rider the best fit possible. TAPERED HEAD TUBE More girth at the bottom of the head tube better distributes shock force, prolonging the bearing life of the headset itself and eliminating brake shudder, while providing confident steering performance. The inherent strength of its triangular design also means a stronger steering position and improved balance, giving the rider more control in rough terrain. A zero-stack, tapered head tube also puts strength where the load is going—into the lower headset cup—maximizing bearing durability where it's needed. TUBELESS COMPATIBLE RIMS Tubeless rims allow for tires with more puncture resistance; the ability to run lower tire pressure, which provides better tire grip on the trail; lower rolling resistance; and weight savings over traditional tube and tire systems. 12x148mm AXLE 12x142mm, 12x148 and 12x157 rear axle standards provide two major advantages to the Kona rider: the 12mm diameter of the rear axle provides the rear hub and frame with a stiff interface, while the 142/148/157mm outer diameter of the hub allows the wheel to be quickly and properly positioned in the frame before the rear axle is inserted. For 2017, you'll see the 12x148 Boost standard in the mix. Boost spacing provides more tire clearance at the chainstay yoke, while the rear wheel is stiffer and more durable relative to a 12x142 thru-axle. BEAMER INDEPENDENT SUSPENSION Built to be off-the-top progressive, Beamer Independent Suspension helps the bike to stay higher in the travel and recover from hits more quickly. The Operators are instilled with what our product managers like to call "pure shock movement," whereby the shock is protected from side load. Designed to be highly tuneable and extremely durable, the Beamer IS is our version of greased lightning.

THREE VARIABLE OPTIMIZED. 1. INSTANT CENTER With the 3VO system's unique virtual pivot characteristics, we're able to combine the efficiency of a hardtail with the proper support of precisely-controlled active suspension. This is how every full-suspension bike should ride. 2. AXLE PATH A rear wheel that stays planted while charging through rough terrain is crucial to providing an intimate connection with the trail. 3VO's initial rearward axle path allows the bike to be supple on small bumps and square edge hits while its tightly tuned relationship with the system's leverage ratio keeps the suspension highly reactive even while pedaling. 3. LEVERAGE RATIO Imagine having two bikes in one, that's essentially what we've got with 3VO. The tuned multi-phase leverage ratio with initial rising rate provides an unparalleled pedaling platform while remaining keenly adept at sustaining repeated bumps without holdup. Up to just beyond the sag point, the system employs a slight rising rate. Some designs claim an initial falling rate with high initial leverage improves sensitivity and responsiveness, but these claims seem more driven by a need to market a deficiency than by any genuine benefit. Why? Because up until the sag point of the bike, sensitivity and responsiveness are primarily felt when the suspension is able to extend, not compress. - Dyad Pro High Modulus Carbon Fiber - 160mm travel 3VO suspension - Enduro Max sealed bearing pivots - Fox DHX2 Factory Series coil shock w/2-position compression switch - Fox 38 Factory Series Float 27.5" w/ 3-position adjust compression & lock-out - Stans Flow CB7 Carbon 27.5" tubeless wheels - Shimano XTR, 12-speed - Shimano XTR M9120 4-piston Ice-Tech brakes

The Remote has become the veteran of the Kona e-MTB lineup. It's been a top choice for trail builders, backwoods explorers and sportsmen of all kinds. Derived from the Honzo, its frame brings a sporty version to the masses that holds a smooth-operating Shimano battery and motor. 140mm of front suspension keeps the technical terrain at bay. A 10-speed drivetrain provides reliable shifting while hydraulic disc brakes keep the speed in check. The Remote is sporty, practical, and perhaps the perfect way to dip your toe into the eBike waters! KONA 6061 ALUMINUM Kona 7005 and 6061 Aluminum alloys are used extensively throughout our fleet of mountain and asphalt bicycles. A tough, durable, light alloy, both Kona 7005 and 6061 deliver fantastic, reliable performance that lasts for thousands of rides. Much of our 7005/6061 tubing is butted and/or formed, meaning the tubing's wall thickness can be increased or decreased, as well as shaped, so we can fine-tune a particular frame's strength and ride characteristics depending on its intended application.

Skid Loader is a compact electric cargo bike wired for large loads, small footprints, and everyday deviant behavior. Just as Easy, Not as Big Cutting back on car trips is a worthy undertaking, especially in these times of planetary peril. With its electric-assist motor and extreme hauling capabilities, our compact electric cargo bike Skid Loader invites those inclined to throw a leg over and wave their middle digits at downtown gridlock. Built for finding more ways to drive less and ferrying various materials to work, play, or wherever, we gave Skid Loader the utility of a long-tail and a manageable footprint that fits wherever a normal bike does. Comfortable and compliant under load, Skid Loader also enjoys cutting loose without cargo. Engineered to ride and feel like a regular bike, its 27.5" wheel platform provides abundant tire options you don't get from cargo bikes rolling on smaller wheels. And because it's a Surly, we gave it ample tire clearance and built it for commutes that go from bus stop to bandit trail. We also gave all three frame sizes adequate standover and a dropper post to fit riders of assorted shapes and sizes. Furnished with useful accessory barnacles and internal routing for just about everything, Skid Loader's scaled-down and feature-packed cargo frame removes the roadblocks between you and riding whenever the hell you want. - Equipped with Bosch Performance Cargo Drive Unit, featuring four invigorating levels of ride assist - Capable of running dual batteries for extended range (all mounting hardware and wiring included) - Dedicated rear rack rated for 100 pounds of potatoes, thanks to beefed-up M6 hardware - Internal cable routing for dropper post, brake, shifter, and lights - Mounts for fenders, front rack, and bottle cages (two on Medium and Large, one on Small) - Stable dual-leg kickstand for your loading convenience - Compatible with Surly Excellent Adventure rear axle for use with Surly Bill and Ted Trailers; accommodations for human cargo - Sturdy, full-size wheels and large-volume 27.5 x 2.5" ExtraTerrestrial tires

- Dyad Pro High Modulus Carbon Fiber - 160mm travel 3VO suspension - Enduro Max sealed bearing pivots - Fox Float DPX2 Performance Series EVOL shock, 3-position compression - Fox 36 Performance Series Float 27.5", 3-position adjust compression & lock-out - Stans Flow S1 27.5" tubeless wheels - Shimano SLX, 12-speed - Shimano SLX M7120 4-piston Ice-Tech brakes

Expected to ship from Kona late June - Early July '23. Pre-order yours before they’re all spoken for! 50cm & 52cm are sold out for the year. The Libre EL has made itself known as a go-to adventure bike for people of all abilities. Looking to up your distance? Want a tool that allows you to ride farther in less time? The Libre EL is a versatile machine that has the legs to go just about anywhere. Built on our wildly popular Libre platform, the Libre EL features an aluminum frame and Verso Full Carbon Flat Mount Disc fork. Like its CR DL sibling, it runs a gravel-specific drivetrain and brakes, ensuring the grime that you'll inevitably get from a mucky ride doesn't affect shifting and braking performance. Unlike its analog sibling it gets a power boost from a Shimano motor and internal battery. In other words, it'll get you to the top of that insanely steep mountain you've been eyeing up, and let you enjoy the benefits of rippin' gravel on the way down! KONA 6061 ALUMINUM Kona 7005 and 6061 Aluminum alloys are used extensively throughout our fleet of mountain and asphalt bicycles. The extra air volume in this new generation of urban and mixed-surface tires means they can be run comfortably at lower pressures while still rolling quickly on a variety of surfaces. It's the best of both worlds.

BUILT TO ORDER - ALLOW 8 TO 10 WEEKS. A tribute to a product that has made Wilier famous for the last half century. This is what this new collection of frames constructed and finished by the hands of skilled craftsmen represents. Undisputed Made in Italy charm which underlines once again the love of this brand for its country, just as back in the 40s it demonstrated its patriotism like so: W l’Italia LIbera E Redenta. Cento1NDR is the new racing bicycle that joins the Wilier Triestina Endurance range. The geometries of the frame and the particular construction of the rear chainstays guarantee the cyclist a feeling of racing comfort: pure performance without having to give up comfort. Staying in the saddle for a long time will be much less tiring: the rear triangle was sized and designed for maximum absorption of the stress generated on the vertical plane, usually caused by imperfections in the road surface. The transfer of pedal power is guaranteed with maximum efficiency thanks to a torsional stiffness comparable to racing frames.

The Nemo TIG is Cinelli’s latest Made in Italy high-performance steel road frame. It looks and rides the way in which the legendary Supercorsa – the world’s longest running production steel frame – might have looked had it been designed for racing today rather than in the 1950s. The first prototypes of this frame were born according to the specifications of a recently retired Italian professional rider working at Cinelli who, seduced by the Columbus tubing being manufactured on the factory floor attached to the Cinelli offices, demanded that Cinelli produce a pure racing steel frame that took full advantage of the latest advances in high tech steel tubing manufacturing. Accordingly the Nemo has been designed for riders used to riding high-end carbon fiber racing frames, unwilling to sacrifice “race feeling”, but looking for something incomparably pleasurable to ride in the way only a steel frame can be. It employs custom-shaped Columbus Spirit triple-butted tubes (the seat stays, for example, are the identical shape of those found on the original 1981 Cinelli Laser road model), with a highly contemporary 44mm mega-oversized downtube, conical CNC’d head tube and Columbus’ latest Futura straight blade monocoque carbon fiber fork. In the spirit of its older cousin, the Supercorsa, the Nemo is available not only made-to-measure, but also in 60 different color options Custom built to order, about 6-month delivery time.

ETA April 2024. - Triple-butted 6061 aluminum - 160mm travel 3VO suspension - Enduro Max sealed bearing pivots - Fox Float DPX2 Performance Series EVOL shock, 3-position compression - Fox 36 Rhythm Series Float 27.5", sweep adjust compression & lock-out - Stan's No Tubes Flow D 27.5" rims, Shimano MT410 hubs - Shimano Deore, 12-speed - Shimano MT420 4-piston brakes

For those that love the idea of carrying gear with the assistance of an e-MTB the El Kahuna SUV is the answer! Like its sibling, the El Kahuna, the SUV features a sturdy aluminum frame and 29” wheels. The big differences are the addition of front and rear lights, and a rear rack which is integrated with a fender keeping you cleaner while you carry that camping gear up that big gravel road. A 100mm fork smooths out the bumps, and powerful disc brakes keep you in control while you rally around the campground’s gravel trails and singletrack.
