The Sauce was inspired by retro mountain bikes with BMX flair that can destroy dirt, pound pump tracks, tear up trails, and handle beer runs to the corner store like a champ. This bad boy is a go-anywhere, do-anything, utilitarian mash-up that is fun to ride and simple to maintain. Think of it as an off-road cruiser bike, single-speed gravel bike, simplified mountain bike, or fun beater bike—that looks awesome and performs great. With modern geometry, a rust/grease-free Gates Carbon Drive belt, hydraulic disc brakes, 27.5” wheels, and routing for a dropper seatpost—the Sauce truly is the boss!
- Free assembly - Although Priority states that their bikes come 95% assembled there are many other adjustments to be made. What if a rotor is bent? What if the wheels aren't true? What if its damaged in shipping?
- Every bike is assembled by me, Travis, and I've been doing this since 1986. I use Snap-On calibrated torque wrenches and the best tools available.
- Free disc brake bed-in. It's part of the assembly process. Disc brakes will perform better, last longer, and be quieter when they've been properly bed-in. You can read more about it by clicking HERE.

- Easy Returns - If for some reason you'd like to return your bike, you simply wheel it into the shop and I take care of it. If you buy it from them, you have to box it up (or pay to have it boxed), pay for shipping, wait for them to receive and inspect it, then wait for your refund.
- No shipping charges - It's included in the price. However, I can deliver it to you (Mondays) up to 50 miles. Price for delivery depends on distance and purchase price. Select delivery at checkout to see the price.

The Sauce features tubeless-ready Sun Ringle 27.5" rims with WTB Intersector 2.4" tires that roll fast on pavement and provide plenty of grip if you want to push it on the pump track or get into other off-road antics.
If you're looking to go from street riding to dirt track destruction in the same afternoon, add a dropper seatpost and you'll be money—the Sauce comes with routing for one. Oh, and the super comfy seat will keep your undercarriage happy.
Retro styling with modern geometry results in a comfortable yet nimble ride. The integrated handlebar stem not only adds old school flavor, but it also simplifies the cockpit and lightens up the bike.
Hydraulic disc brakes are super reliable, work in all weather conditions, can handle varied terrain with ease, and require very little maintenance.
A rust-resistant aluminum frame and rigid fork keep the weight down while serving up a stiff single-speed MTB that will make your local trails way more fun. The Sauce weighs just 25 lbs (with pedals and kickstand).
Available on the Hot Sauce only. Unchain yourself from clunky, greasy, traditional cassette and derailleur systems with the internally geared Shimano Nexus 8-speed rear hub with rapidfire trigger shifter (307% gear range).
